The majority of my office experience has been spent in Client Services with the New Jersey Division of Pensions and Benefits. In addition to leading a team of six, I was required to use my knowledge and experience to frequently liase with other departments in order to solve problems, advise on policies, develop training curriculum, lead training, present to members, and test new systems.

Entrepreneural Ventures

From an attempted animation studio at 10 years old, to a pet sitting service as a teenager, I've been fascinated with entrepreneurship my entire lifetime. I attended Full Sail University and studied Music Business to further pursue that passion. Immediately after college, Jayce Suarez and I founded , Jay Music Group, LLC, where we worked on artist development. I later founded a freelance audio company called theYoung Entertainment, LLC. Practical skills learned from these ventures, combined with extensive research, and my educcation have provided many valuable lessons that were ultimately applied to my latest business, Indyar LLC.

Personal Interests

As I get older, most of my personal interst have transitioned into ways to destress and relax. I find being creative to be theraputic, so creative projects are my go-to hobby. Lately, I rediscovered my childhood love for video games. I find that a game with challenging dialog hurdles and a complex story is a great way to decompress and get lost in a new world. Good game art and sound design is not just captivating, but also serves as creative inspiration.

I also enjoy long walks in the park. No, seriously. My favorite outdoor activities involve going for long walks in the park or on the boardwalk. Being in nature after a long day is one of my favorite ways to unwind -- particularly if it involves listening to the roar of the waves crashing on the sand.

Lastly, I have an insatiable appetite for knowledge. I spend a large portion of my free time watching documentaries, and then reading articles to learn more about the subject. Learning how the world works and how the people therein work is endlessly fascinating.
